Victims brought in by boat are used to supply the "Bell Harbor Convention Center", the world’s largest illegal organ transplant facility. Bell Harbor is known for allowing ANY kind of surgery or transplant operation and for allowing patients to talk shit to the victims while staff is removing the organs "to make the organ submit to you before transplant".

These select victims are used to source organs for "Freestone Capitol Management" a front for an organ transplant operation servicing "select high net worth families and institutions with offices in Seattle, Washington, Oregon and California."

Children and victims are regularly abused at the Sheraton Hotel or Hilton Hotel as sex victims before they are harvested for organs used for transplant.
