Current Human Trafficking Threats to Global Security

Bank of Nova Scotia has a history of human trafficking going back to World War era sale of trafficked “sex slaves”, “mail-order brides”, and underage “servants” attained via kidnap and extortion in multiple nations. The sale of “wives” to wealthy individuals or financed to extortable individuals has created a sheltering of the cartel from political figures, corporate executives, bankers, healthcare officials and members of justice systems throughout the world.

Bank of Nova Scotia kidnaps young women, conditions them through abuse and sells them to the highest bidder. Both clientele and the cartel themselves will go to ANY measure to ensure neither party is ever caught. Members of critical communities and institutions who have purchased adult or underage wives have started families with these victims. Males who bought a wife and forced her to have children with him will go to any length to ensure the “source” organization is not discovered. Cartel “clientele” stick together, protecting these organizations to avoid public exposure, investigation, arrest and destruction of their purchased families.

These individuals avoid “tipping the first domino” leading to the destruction of cartel and client “families” (wives who are paid for and children born from slave mothers) by creating sympathetic feelings within a close knit community. Males and Females within these cartel operations are taught to feel guilty for the arrest of a fellow trafficker, but show zero sympathy for a woman or child who has been abused for years prior to starting a “family” with a buyer. Females who have been conditioned through abuse and have birthed children into a forced marriage may also cover for their “family” as it is often all they have or know. These victims often live with constant threat by their “husband’s” associates and may be afraid of further abuse or death at the hand of the cartel. Behind these dark and secretive lives cartel members remain in contact and cover for each other to protect entire operations.

Over the last 20 years, organ transplantation has become a priority industry within Chinese national economic strategy. China has recently focused on investments in transplant technology, research and training to further the industry of organ theft. These investments have been made publicly by China’s Ministry of Health, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education and Military Forces. Funding of transplant centers has created new techniques and industrial improvements which has allowed Chinese organ transplant operations to increase more than tenfold in under two decades.

In January 2015, China’s transplant chief and former Deputy Minister of Health,  Huang Jiefu told CCTV, “I would like to quote the words of the World Health Organization that China has undertaken such a path in six to seven years whereas other developed countries building up their organ donation and transplant frameworks took dozens of years.”

Chinese organ transplant clinics are attractive to clients due to the “industrialization” of organ implant services which are offered.

• Organ Transplant Waiting Times

Most nations with advanced healthcare capabilities and organized organ donation systems have waiting lists which take years for patients to find matching donors. Organ transplant waiting times through China’s industrialized system commonly involves less than a one month waiting period. In 2005-2006, China’s Liver Transplant Registry System published that in over 25% of transplant cases organs were found within days or even hours.

• Availability of Organ Supplies

Chinese organ transplant operations advertise “seeking matched recipients” and promise “in case of failure, to continue to perform transplants until successful.” Chinese doctors have been on record to remove up to eight sets of kidneys for one patient before a match was found. These clinics will perform three, four and even five transplants on a single patient to ensure the operation is not a failure due to rejection.

Restrictive laws have been passed in nations such as Israel, Spain, Italy, and Taiwan which restrict citizens from traveling to China for organ transplants involving illicit sources. The Chinese government has invested in “remote clinics” for international clientele by covertly invading port cities of foreign nations and establishing “black market” organ transplant clinics within their communities. Collaboration with established human trafficking cartel “Scotiabank” has provided access to commercial locations, resources and donor victims already tied to human trafficking operations.

The established Bank of Nova Scotia trafficking cartel has furthered expansion into critical ports within the United States by initiating joint operations with the Chinese organ trafficking industry. The Chinese government was offered an opportunity to “collect debts owed to China by America from American Citizens, through organ trafficking profits”. China would provide Scotiabank with access to China Freight resources COSCO and OOCL as well as possible military support (in the event that Canada is ever threatened by international forces when people fight back). Chinese freight and military resources were offered in exchange for access to population centers already controlled by Scotiabank including businesses, cartel resources and access to infiltrated population centers.

China and Scotiabank cooperate in clandestine invasions of foreign countries and install covert human trafficking operations as a business model to profit from destruction of foreign competition. Nations such as the United States of America are systematically destroyed through kidnapping, extortion and organ harvesting of citizens critical to national institutions such as military personnel, government officials, healthcare workers, politicians, city employees, law enforcement, business professionals and community leaders. Citizens involved in critical institutions such as the armed forces, state universities and local hospitals are targeted at ports, during travel or by programs advertised to bring in targeted audiences. Military bases, business centers, campuses and entire population centers near targeted port cities fall to these trafficking operations due to the fact that many governments and media outlets do not speak of these dangers and instead remain silent while their populations are decimated.

China has previously used organ trafficking as a method to achieve economic and political goals of the Chinese Communist Party. China’s organ transplant industry initially targeted “prisoners of consciousness “for organ harvesting as a method to wipe out Falun Gong. Falun Gong is a movement based on traditional health and self-improvement practices and principals of truthfulness and tolerance. These practices which have been a part of Chinese culture since ancient times had a following of over 70 million by the end of the 1990s. Former communist Party leader Jiang Zemin saw Falun Gong’s popularity and revival of traditional values as a threat to the party and launched a violent campaign to "ruin their reputations, bankrupt them financially, and destroy them physically."

In most countries with well regulated deceased donor programs, legally and ethically procured organs from a dying person are offered to recipients on the waiting list who are the best ‘match’ for the available organs. In China, this process is turned on its head. Wealthy recipients are matched against a large pool of prisoners, with the best matched prisoner scheduled for execution at the convenience of surgeon and recipient.”

Joint operations between the Chinese organ transplant industry and the Scotiabank cartel are a business model which generates profits through gross human rights abuse on a scale which has never been seen in recorded human history. The individuals involved in illegal organ harvesting, trafficking, and implant operations perform these duties like a full-time job. These individuals live within population centers, interacting and socializing with everyday citizens on a daily basis. The Chinese government and Scotiabank cartels focus on the “normalization” of these practices within their organizations and embed themselves in unknowing social circles. Businesses, institutions and hospitals in unknowing port cities are becoming silent victims to this growing human trafficking epidemic.

COSCO and OOCL cargo vessels are used to ship hostages kidnapped from various regions around the world. These trafficking victims are stuffed into cargo containers and loaded at ports to be freighted over sea. A cargo vessel picks up containers full of human cargo along multiple stops at harbor ports in continents all over the planet. These containers are filled with individuals kidnapped in port nations along a freighter vessel’s route to trafficking hubs such as currently in operation in Seattle, WA. Swedish Freighter Company MEARKO is involved somehow; I believe the “LINK Television” Show “Follow the Money” was intended by Danish producers to create awareness of Bank of Nova Scotia corruption in the region.

Once offloaded at a trafficking hub, Caucasian and exotic individuals are selected for sex trafficking based on physical appearance. Remaining human cargo is harvested for organs, cannibalism sales and “skin trophies” (shoes, belts, wallets and furniture bought by trafficking culture.) “Skin Trophies” are used as signs of power over other human beings and offer bragging rights within the human trafficking community. Those who can be sold human skin loafers are less likely to “snitch” or “drop a dime” on a trafficking operation.

Sex trafficking victims who fight back, or are too loud are killed and used for organ trafficking. These individuals who tend to bring unwanted attention to cartel buyers, are deemed a liability and not profitable. Trafficking cartels will not risk attempting to traffic an individual who may alert neighbors, law enforcement and the communities in which their customers live. Women and children who cry, scream or draw unwanted attention are harder to condition and are more profitable as forced organ donors.

Port of Seattle               

The Puget Sound area has an extended history of dealing with Scotiabank cartel members who have reached into critical law enforcement, political and judicial systems within the region during the last several decades.  Failing businesses are bought and used as “fronts” for organ trafficking operations within targeted regions.  In Seattle, WA locations such as Bell Harbor Convention Center, Freestone Capital Management, Wexley’s School for Girls, “Davis, Grim, Payne and Marra”, Fountain Court Apts, Sidney Apts, United Airlines, Delta Airlines, Metropolitan Mortgages, Pure Real Estate, Columbia Center and the Wells Fargo Building are in operation as human trafficking infrastructure operations. Businesses often fall victim to corporate espionage schemes structured to create financial situations in which business owners can be easily manipulated by cartel members to gain access to their company’s contacts, clientele and portfolios.

Observations of Scotiabank human cargo shipments through the Port of Seattle via COSCO Freight date back to 2005. Mukilteo police interrogation of Scotiabank cartel members arrested during “domestic kidnappings” (“Sovering” or “Making a woman Sovereign property of Scotiabank.” AKA recruiting high school girls by force and making them pretend you are in a willing domestic relationship together.) provided intelligence on cargo shipments with was forwarded to the Coast Guard and Seattle office of Secret Service. A joint boarding operation uncovered shipping containers of multinational human cargo smuggled into port in Maersko containers.

Secret Service agent Mike Spiess, myself and several Coast Guard agents boarded the COSCO vessel from port of Mukilteo under the disguise of “looking for weapons”. The freighter was escorted into port of Seattle and a firefight occurred with Scotiabank agents waiting at the dock in black Alfa Romeos to retrieve targeted shipping containers. Navy SEAL teams arrived via turret mounted Humvee and assisted the firefight successfully ramming the Alfa Romeos with the Humvees and letting into Scotiabankers with the browning .50 cal.

After successfully avoiding exposure during the Scotiabank attack on New York on September 11^th, 2001 the human trafficking cartel showed followers that they were willing to launch massive attacks to protect their security. Scotiabank launch an aggressive American campaign which included Washington State. Port cities along the Puget Sound were targeted and a breakdown of Washington’s political, judicial and Law enforcement systems rapidly ensued.

On 9/11/01, Scotiabank successfully contracted Osama Bin Laden’s Al Qaeda to target The World Trade Center with hijacked American Airliners. Osama Bin Laden was then provided with an American Identity (Zabihullah “Zabi” Salim) by the American CIA. Osama Bin Laden purchased a house in Shoreline, WA with earnings from the 9-11 attack. Scotiabank increased a foothold in Puget Sound as a result of placement of agents like Osama Bin Laden (Zabi Salim) throughout Washington State.
